Phase 1: Advanced Design & Detailing
Translating your technical requirements into detailed structural models and drawings. Engineering and detailing workflows use AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro and Tekla Structures as applicable to project requirements.
Phase 2: Heavy Fabrication in Hirakud
Submerged arc welding (SAW) and non-destructive testing (NDT) as required by project specifications, applied to fabricate structural components to drawing, BOQ and project requirements.
Phase 3: Strategic Logistics
Coordinating the safe, sequenced transportation of heavy fabricated members from our Sambalpur facility directly to your project site.
Phase 4: Mechanized Site Erection
Rigging teams supported by heavy lifting and erection equipment deployed as required for project-specific lifting and erection operations, with fall-protection protocols in place.
